Question:Amendment documents that changes an existing claim must include a complete listing of all claims presented

Answer:
Any amendment document that includes a change to an existing claim, cancellation of an existing claim or addition of a new claim, must include a complete listing of all claims ever presented.

Answer:
Yes. In your own or neighboring communities you may inquire of such organizations as chambers of commerce and banks. Many communities have locally financed industrial development organizations, that can help you locate manufacturers and individuals who might be interested in promoting your idea.

Question:An allowance notice is sent to the applicant if any fee for issuing the patent is applicable

Answer:
A Notice of Allowance and Fee(s) Due will be sent to the applicant, or to applicant’s attorney or agent of record, if any, and a fee for issuing the patent and if applicable, for publishing the patent application publication is due within three months from the date of the notice.
